Communicating with a Participating Lawyer through the Website is not required. However, if you choose to communicate with a Participating Lawyer through the Website, please note the following:

When you contact a Participating Lawyer through the Website, he or she may provide you with an initial consultation, legal review of your documents, or answers to your legal questions. Please note that any such interaction is intended to be a starting point for dealing with a legal matter or addressing basic legal questions and any lawyer-client relationship formed during the course of that interaction is strictly between you and the Participating Lawyer and expressly excludes Aegiswin Law firm When you contact a Participating Lawyer through the Website, he or she may ask you for some information regarding you and your legal affairs in order to properly address your questions. By using the Website, you consent to sharing such personally identifying information for the purpose securing legal advice with both the requesting lawyer and with Aegiswin Law Firm. Aegiswin law Firm will have access to any communications submitted through our platform for fulfilment and quality assurance purposes. When you contact a Participating Lawyer through the Website, you control the both the duration and depth of the interaction. Any lawyer-client relationship formed during the course of that interaction may, at your option, either (i) end when the interaction with the Participating Lawyer ends, or (ii) continue if you wish to engage the Participating Lawyer for further legal services. If you wish to create a lawyer-client relationship with a Participating Lawyer that extends beyond your use of our the Website, that relationship will be on whatever terms you establish with the lawyer in question. Those terms do not involve Aegiswin Law firm and we do not set, control or influence them. For example, the Participating Lawyer may ask you to sign a formal representation agreement regarding the scope of work they will perform, the cost of their legal services, and the handling of any out of pocket expenses they may incur. Aegiswin Law firm does not receive any share of legal fees collected by any lawyers in our network. In all cases, Aegiswin Law Firm will not influence or interfere in any way with any lawyer's independent professional judgment. Participating Lawyers reserve the right to refuse to perform legal services on your behalf in their sole discretion. Aegiswin Law firm shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind for any professional services rendered by any lawyer you encounter on or through the Website, and any use or reliance on such professional services is solely at your own risk.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation or non-confirmation of the appointment/consultation by us due to any reasons, two options are available to the user:

(a) He/She may ask for rescheduling the appointment/consultation with the Lawyer. For rescheduling, a request can be placed within 24 hours of booking otherwise no rescheduling will be done, or

(b) He/She may claim a refund of the advance payment.

2. In case the user misses or cancels the appointment/consultation, he/she shall not be entitled to any refund.

3. The refund will be processed directly in user's Bank/Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.

4. For claiming refund, the user should necessarily have the valid invoice of the transactions, so as to be able to get the refund and we must be notified of the same in writing by an email at info@aegiswin.com.

5. There is no other scenario under which we will provide a refund, except for the conditions expressly mentioned above under Refund & Cancellation Policy.
