advice with both the requesting lawyer and with Aegiswin Law Firm. Aegiswin

When you contact a Participating Lawyer through the Website, you control
the both the duration and depth of the interaction. Any lawyer-client
relationship formed during the course of that interaction may, at your option,
either (i) end when the interaction with the Participating Lawyer ends, or (ii)
continue if you wish to engage the Participating Lawyer for further legal
services.
If you wish to create a lawyer-client relationship with a Participating Lawyer
that extends beyond your use of our the Website, that relationship will be on
whatever terms you establish with the lawyer in question. Those terms do not
involve Aegiswin Law firm and we do not set, control or influence them. For
example, the Participating Lawyer may ask you to sign a formal

booking otherwise no rescheduling will be done, or
(b) He/She may claim a refund of the advance payment.
2. In case the user misses or cancels the appointment/consultation, he/she shall not be entitled to any refund.
3. The refund will be processed directly in user's Bank/Credit Card account that was used to make the payment.
4. For claiming refund, the user should necessarily have the valid invoice of the transactions, so as to be able to get the refund and we must be
notified of the same in writing by an email at info@aegiswin.com.
5. There is no other scenario under which we will provide a refund, except for the conditions expressly mentioned above under Refund &
Cancellation Policy.
